Coronavirus (COVID-19) Travel Corridors

Dear Client,

We hope you are safe and well. Please find below important information regarding our implementations to the UK Governments COVID-19 Travel Corridors policy.

As a valued client, we understand that you rely on us for your not only your comfort during treatment but also with your safety and health during visits to the spa. This is a relationship and commitment that we take very seriously.

We believe that complete transparency is essential to fostering good relationships and ensuring trust.

The UK government’s continual updates regarding the Travel Corridors have made it necessary for us to simplify the process and make the following blanket changes to ensure clear communication and the continued safety of our Staff and clients.

• We will be unable to allow clients onsite who have been travelling outside the UK within 14 days of their appointment.
• We ask those clients to contact us to rearrange their appointments for a later date.

Whilst we regret any inconvenience this may cause, the safety of our staff and client’s is, and will continue to be our highest priority.
